Questions About Listings and Enquiries
Find out what to include when contacting Cosmetic Stores about South African store listings, corrections and business opportunities.
How do I update my cosmetic store listing?
Send us the listing link, your store name and the details that need changing. Include a reliable source for the new information and your business contact details so we can verify the request.
Can I suggest a cosmetic store that is not listed?
Yes. Share the store name, physical address, province, website or social profile, and any other details that help us confirm it operates in South Africa.
How do I report incorrect store information?
Send the listing link and specify what appears to be wrong, such as an address, phone number or opening hours. If you have a source for the correct information, include it.
What if a store has closed or moved?
Let us know the store name and listing link, along with the closure or new address and a source if available. We’ll review the details before updating the listing.
Do I need to own a store to suggest a correction?
No. Shoppers and store representatives can both flag outdated information. Please provide enough detail for us to check the change independently.
How can my business advertise on Cosmetic Stores?
Contact the directory team with your business name, website, campaign goals and preferred contact details. We can discuss whether a suitable advertising opportunity is available.
Are you open to partnerships?
We welcome relevant proposals from businesses serving South Africa’s cosmetic retail community. Tell us about your organisation, your idea and how it would benefit directory visitors.
Can you guarantee that my suggested store will be added?
No. We review suggestions for relevance and check the information we receive before adding listings. Submitting a store does not guarantee publication.
When will my listing change appear?
Timing depends on the information provided and whether we need to verify it or ask a follow-up question. Including a listing link and supporting source can help us review your request more efficiently.
Helping Shoppers Find Reliable Store Details
Useful store information makes it easier to explore cosmetic retailers across South Africa. The Cosmetic Stores team works to keep directory listings clear and current, but addresses, contact details and trading hours can change without notice. Reports from visitors and store representatives help us spot details that need attention.
If you notice an outdated listing, a missing store or information that does not match a retailer’s official channels, please get in touch with the store name, location and a link to the listing where possible. We review submissions and check the details we can verify before making updates, helping the directory remain a practical starting point for your search.
